Discounts and surcharges:

• Room rates are based on use by 2 persons per night including breakfast

• If the room is used by one person, you will receive €10 discount

Trust:

• We value and protect the trust you give us and will not violate that as a professional Bed & Breakfast.

• For example, we confirm all appointments and payments etc. via email

• When booking and paying, you will always receive an itemized invoice

Payment terms:

• The deposit is 50% when booking your stay
• The remaining payment is due 2 weeks before your arrival

• Our banking relationship is Banco Caixabank in Spain. In the PDF confirmation contains our bank details

• The final bill for the honesty bar will, of course, take place upon departure. We have no facilities to pay by debit or credit card

Booking conditions:

• After completing the booking form, B&B Casa Bienvenido will send you a PDF confirmation containing the details of your booking and the payment request

• Upon receipt of your payment, the booking is final. You will receive a confirmation of the payment

• In case of damage to movable property of B&B Casa Bienvenido or other to property placed at your disposal by B&B Casa Bienvenido, these will be recovered through a separate account, so you can use this account for your travel insurance

Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, circumstances may require you to cancel due to illness of yourself, travel companion(s) or family circumstances. We regret this of course. In consultation we see how we apply the following

• You book directly with us, because unfortunately we cannot join the Travel Guarantee Fund Foundation (SGR).

• We therefore recommend that you take out proper travel and cancellation insurance to ensure that all parts of your trip are covered. We create a cancellation invoice after full payment of the amount to be invoiced

We use the following periods and percentages:

• For cancellation more than 60 days before the day of arrival:

  90% refund of the total trip price

• For cancellation from 60-31 days before the day of arrival:

  50% back of the total trip price

• For cancellation 30-0 days prior to the day of arrival:

  no refund

• According to Spanish laws and regulations, we are obliged to transmit your identity to the National Police. Upon arrival, we will make a copy of your valid ID.
